I have had Andre come and service my old boiler and install a new one. He is very hardworking, and gets the job done on time and within budget. I would recommend him for any boiler, infloor heating issues or replacements. Andre Gauthier, of Andre’s Infloor Heating, installed our infloor heating system in 2003. He has assisted us with maintaining the system over that three-year period. Andre has been very pleasant to deal with, is very knowledgeable about the heating system and has exceptional work ethic. 今年一月份，爱民屯经历了史上最冷的天气，零下40度，不巧家里的地热暖炉坏了，叫了好几家公司都不能当天来，收费又贵，但是安柱接到电话二话不说便在当天的下午赶来，收费又是非常合理。在修理的过程中他展示了他娴熟的专业技能，很快找出问题所在并迅速更换新的零件，令暖炉快速恢复工作。然而极寒的天气令到地下的水管冰住了，热水不能循环流通，水管接口处还爆裂了。安柱想尽各种办法修复了接口处并继续监察热水循环的情况，直到所有的地下水管热水畅通无阻、供暖恢复正常。别的公司可能修好暖炉就不管了，冰住的水管只能等到天气变暖自己解冻。然而安柱不怕极寒天气，多次往返检测。除此之外，他还帮助我们查清家里的音响线路并接通音响接受器，让我们用上了闲置多年的音响系统。
我觉得我们很幸运，碰上了安柱这样非常专业、有责任心和爱心的暖心水暖工。以后有什么要修理的还会找他并推荐给有同样需求的朋友。谢谢你，安柱!

Andre has helped us out several times with plumbing problems and each time he did the job quickly, efficiently and better than new. He is a true craftsman and is proud of his work. He even asks his customers to check in with him three or four days after the work is completed to see if everything is as it should be. We were having problems with our NTI matrix boiler system and gave Andre a call. Our boiler controls all of the hot water, forced air and in floor heating for the house. He was very professional and worked hard to figure out the problem to get us up and running again. Andre takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. My husband and I experienced what seemed like a failure of our in floor heating system. We had no idea where to start looking to repair the problem and proceeded to call the supplier of the equipment in our home. Our original installer couldn’t be reached. I am writing to thank you and follow up on the job you did installing the AO Smith BTRC 120-500(C) replacement heater in my basement. When I first learned that the Bradford White heater, which had been installed only three years ago, was simply not efficient enough to do the required job, I was skeptical about the analytical report you had presented me. I did research the report by contacting Bradford White as well as Bartle & Gibson Co. Ltd. and to my dismay found your conclusion to be 100% accurate. My heart was broken as I had been assured that a very efficient fan coil heating system was being installed in my house. Anyway, Andre I think the best thing that happened for me and my family in this whole ordeal is that we were recommended to you. After determining the problem, you offered us several solutions, one of which was to patch up the existing system. In this country being without hot water and heating in the middle of winter could be disastrous. We did choose to have your recommended heater with a 94% efficiency rate installed by yourself and so far, we have already noticed the consistent hot water and efficient heating in our home. Your friendly, professional manner and the confidence you have given me that my family will be safe and warm for many years to come in only part of the excellent service that you have provided.
