Andre has helped me maintain an old boiler and kept it running. He also replaced that one and is helping maintain my new one. He is always sharing tips on maintaining the system, and is always fair in his business dealings. He makes sure that the install is correct and fully functioning with repeat calls. There is no problem getting him to come if there is trouble. I would recommend him over the larger companies that just try to deal in volume and want to leave as soon as they can. Andre has taken care of many plumbing issues in my home and I will continue to use his services, he is very knowledgeable and what he does not know he will dig and find out in order to solve the problem. Andre was a pleasure to meet and do business with! He knows his craft well. He was changing out out T-stat for the infloor heater. He had to go 3 times to his supplier because the switches were defective. We live in Gibbons, 35 kms one way from Edmonton. Our system had been neglected for a number of years. Finally our boiler had enough and stopped working. Life gets busy and tasks are easy to ignore until you run out of heat and hot water! I remembered meeting Andre in a random line up a while ago. Thought, I’m going to give that guy a call and see what he says. Andre came out and fixed things in a very timely manner. He is professional, understanding, honest and provided us with a great amount of education with regards to our system in place. His pricing is more than fair.
